Up for sale is a rare, complete, and 100% original US Army M1917 Wool Service Uniform grouping from the World War I era. This historic ensemble belonged to a Private First Class (PFC) serving in the 112th Infantry Regiment, 28th Infantry Division (\"Keystone Division\").
Set Includes:
* M1917 Wool Service Coat / Tunic: Features a stand-up collar with original brass collar discs (US disc and Crossed Rifles Infantry disc). Complete with original dark brass Great Seal buttons. The left shoulder bears the original red felt 28th Division \"Keystone\" patch, a Private First Class (PFC) rank chevron, and an Overseas Service chevron on the lower sleeve. Original clear ink stamps inside read \"112Inf\".
* Wool Breeches: Original high-waisted wool riding/field trousers in excellent structural condition.
* Spiral Wool Leg Puttees (Leggings): Original WW1 long spiral wool leg wraps designed to be worn over socks and around lower legs.
