Beautiful and unusually cohesive set of four vintage Western artworks by William T. “Bill” Zivic, each signed WT Zivic and dated © ’68.These pieces appear to be original pen-and-ink drawings with watercolor/gouache washes on paper, rather than mass-produced decorative prints. * Ranch scene with windmill, water tower and weathered barnZivic became known for his atmospheric paintings and drawings of the American West, Arizona desert, ranch life, cowboys and historic Western architecture. These early works date to 1968, during the earlier part of his Arizona art career.The loose black ink work combined with muted ochre, rust, blue and gray watercolor gives the collection a fantastic mid-century Southwestern / Western modernist feel.Each artwork is presented in its original-style wood frame with gold inner trim and warm rust/salmon matting, making the four especially striking displayed together as a gallery wall.Approximate framed size:

Vintage condition with age-related wear to the frames, mats and backing. Some small marks, surface wear and signs of age are present, as expected from artwork approaching 60 years old. Artwork remains visually striking and displays beautifully.Because the artwork is framed under glass, I have not removed the pieces from their original framing.
