Raw and ungraded. Approximate one-inch tear from the top edge of the back cover also affects the last interior page. No tape, repair or missing paper at the tear. Spine stress, light edge/corner wear, small bends and back-cover rubbing/soiling. Cream/off-white pages with tan margins. The cover is attached at both staples. The centerfold is attached at both staples. Interior inspected; no missing pages or cutouts found. OWL card is for comparison and is not included.
