Yugoslavian Type IlI Bayonet & Scabbard - 1990s Balkan War 7.62x39 #5 SERBIAN For Sale

Yugoslavian Type III bayonet/fighting knife with scabbard. These were stored in cosmoline overseas after the Balkan Wars during the 1990s, and are in great surplus condition.

You rarely see photos of Bosnian or Serb soldiers during the wars with a bayonet fixed to their rifle. They were generally used for cutting wire, opening cans of food or hand-to-hand combat.

The bayonet pictured is the exact one you receive. There is a paracord strap and soldier markings carved into the handle. A Serbian cross and what appears to be a name, possibly "Kecer".

See my other listings for more military surplus and bayonets.
