This Sterling and turquoise bracelet is quite old and came from a Texas estate. It isn’t signed or marked Sterling but tests positive for it. It is quite large with the stone measuring 2” tall and 1.5” wide. The stone is a beautiful mixture of dark and light greens with a brown matrix. The stone is also not smooth but bumpy and natural. It is set in a serrated bezel of a rough hewn and original style. Surrounding the stone on the back plate are alternating large and small raindrops. The large raindrops are hammered flat. The face of the bracelet measures 2.75” north to south and 2.25” across at widest point. It measures 1.5” at beginning of triple wire band on each side of the center plate. The band then tapers down to .25” at terminals. The three wires have tiny circles stamped into them. This beautiful and unique piece has been the star of my collection for a long time.
It measures 6” inner circumference and gap is 1”for a total measurement of 7”. It is a very comfortable fit and is slightly adjustable.
Weight is 96.3 grams. Truly unique and historical.
