This is a blue/green (aqua) Lucite dusting powder box from VANITEE by MENDA in Pasadena, California. This round box is 4 1/4" in diameter by 2 1/4" high. The lid has a slot that contains a like new powder puff. Unfortunately there is a crack that difficult to see on the side (pictures 6 & 7)
