The JKOS SKIRT-MARKER, \"Hem Fix\" is a mid-century tailoring device. It\'s an American version of the JKOS Rockabrunder imported from Germany. The Skirt-Marker was provided for students at the High School of Art and Design in New York for use in their draping class circa 1970. It is an aged but unused box. Though aged through the years, the contents were never opened and still in their original wrappings. Instructions for its use are on the side panel.This unit is a unique rare find.
