The sender provides details about a Presbyterian missionary stationed in Resht (Rasht), Persia:
"...The little missionary from Harrisburg in Persia is Mrs. Robert Bucher - Resht, Persia. She had been one of our kindergarten teachers. Her father used to be a minister in Harrisburg. A year ago last summer she married Mr. Bucher, a Presbyterian minister and they went immediately to Persia as missionaries. If you get near Resht I know she would be delighted to see you..."
Condition:Good vintage condition overall. Enclosure letter is complete, clean, and fully legible. Cover has rough open edges on the left/right margins from original opening, with minor toning consistent with age. Pencil notations on reverse noting "Dec. 1934" and "going to Persia."
