Thissale is foragreat, scarce old advertisement forthe John Hendrickson House in Roslyn, New York! This ad was featured in a late 1970's issue ofAntiques Magazine. Antiques Magazine has very few real estate ads, so this ad is quite rare. This is the original ad clipped out of Antiques Magazine...not a reproduction! There is a small photo of the house in the ad. The house was built in 1836 and overlooks the National Register Main Street Historic District and Hempstead Harbor. It was enlarged by Bradley Delahanty in 1911. Please note that this is a small ad, measuring only about 2 1/2" x 4". The ad will be packaged carefully in a clear archival storage bag and shipped flat.
