The steel head features a broad 4.5-inch axe cutting edge and a perpendicular 3.5-inch Pulaski adze bit. The head is stamped US96, indicating a likely 1996 manufacturing date. The wooden handle retains its Woodings-Verona manufacturer's markings, including the USA designed for wildland firefighting, constructing firebreaks, digging, clearing brush, forestry work, and trail maintenance. The combination head provides both chopping and digging capabilities in a single tool.

CONDITION
Very nice pre-owned condition. Appears unused or barely used, with minimal signs of handling or previous use. The steel head retains a uniform gray finish with minor surface marks and discoloration. Both cutting edges appear well-preserved.
